Your body deserves better than "just deal with it." Expert pelvic floor therapy delivered to your home — no clinic wait rooms, no rushing, just focused one-on-one care.
Leaking when you laugh. Pain during intimacy. A body that doesn't feel like yours after pregnancy. You've Googled, you've waited, you've hoped it would get better on its own. It doesn't have to be this way.
Pregnancy & Postpartum — Preparing your body for birth, healing after delivery, diastasis recti recovery
Leaking & Urgency — Stress incontinence, overactive bladder, the "just in case" bathroom trips
Pelvic Pain — Pain with sex, vulvodynia, vaginismus, endometriosis-related pain, chronic tension
Pre & Post-Surgical — Hysterectomy prep, prolapse support, C-section scar recovery
You're not the only guy dealing with this. Leaking after prostate surgery. Pain that won't quit. Urgency that controls your schedule. These aren't things you just "tough out" — they're treatable. And you don't have to walk into a clinic to fix them.
Post-Prostatectomy Recovery — Regain bladder control, rebuild pelvic floor strength, stop planning life around bathrooms
Urinary Leaking & Urgency — Stress incontinence, overactive bladder, frequency that disrupts your day
Chronic Pelvic Pain — Unexplained groin, tailbone, or perineal pain, tension that won't release
Erectile Dysfunction & Sexual Health — Pelvic floor rehab can improve blood flow, strength, and function
I started Where You Are because I believe healing shouldn't require fighting traffic, arranging childcare, or sitting in a waiting room feeling exposed.
With specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, I bring expert-level care directly to your home — where you can feel safe, comfortable, and fully focused on getting better.
No clinic. No waitlist. Just focused, one-on-one pelvic floor therapy in your home.
A quick 15-minute phone call to talk about what you're experiencing, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit.
Meg comes to your home for a thorough 90-minute assessment. She'll evaluate your pelvic floor, understand your history, and build a personalized treatment plan — so you know exactly what's going on and what it takes to fix it. ($275, in-home)
After your evaluation, Meg will walk you through her recommendation and the care plan that fits your goals. Most patients start with Complete Care for the fastest results — then step down as they heal.
Pelvic floor recovery isn't a one-visit fix. Most patients need 8–12 sessions to see lasting results. You'll notice improvement quickly, but real healing takes consistency — and a care plan makes that easy.
Complete Care members pay just $137.50/session vs. $200 for single visits — with priority scheduling and guaranteed weekly time on Meg's calendar.
Consistent sessions, a personalized treatment plan, and support between visits so you actually get better — not just treated.
Most patients start with Complete Care (4x/month), then step down to Wellness Maintenance as they hit their goals. Your plan grows with you.
