Most people don't realize how much better this gets when it's delivered right, in your home, with a specialist who focuses only on you.
The first visit is a 2-hour evaluation: Meg reviews your history, your goals, and what you've tried before. Depending on what you're comfortable with, she'll do an internal and/or external pelvic floor assessment, then build your personalized treatment plan. Follow up visits are 60 to 70 minutes of focused, one on one work, hands on treatment, targeted exercises, and education, in your living room, bedroom, or wherever you feel most comfortable. You'll have privacy the whole time and Meg brings everything she needs.
Where You Are is cash pay, which means no session caps and no insurance companies deciding what treatment you can get. Meg provides a superbill after each visit you can submit to your insurance for potential out of network reimbursement, many patients get a meaningful portion back. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for all visits and care plans.
Most patients see meaningful improvement within one Complete Care block (4 sessions). More complex cases (post surgical recovery, chronic pelvic pain, long standing dysfunction) may need 2-3 blocks. Meg will give you her honest estimate after your evaluation. After active treatment, many patients move to alum singles ($200) as needed or join Thrive ($499/yr) for ongoing access.
Almost every patient says the opposite, it's less awkward than a clinic. You're in your own space, no waiting rooms, no front desk, no shared gym. Meg is a Doctor of Physical Therapy trained specifically in pelvic floor rehab. The entire session is professional and private, and she's been invited into hundreds of homes. If you're nervous, the free 15 minute call is built for exactly that, ask anything, no commitment.

Any quiet room with enough space to lie down works, your living room, bedroom, guest room, even a cleared off space in a finished basement. Meg brings a portable treatment mat and any equipment needed. Most visits need about 6x6 feet of clear floor space and a door that closes.
