How Your Care Plan Works

When you start a care plan, your billing begins on the date you sign up and renews automatically every month on that same date. Your plan includes a set number of sessions per month. You schedule sessions directly through our online booking system.

Current care plans:

Complete Care — 4 sessions/month ($550/mo) · Essentials — 2 sessions/month ($295/mo, available as a step-down) · Wellness Maintenance — 1 session/month ($75/mo)

All new patients begin with a 90-minute initial evaluation ($275) before starting a care plan. This evaluation allows Dr. Meg to assess your pelvic floor, understand your history, and build a personalized treatment plan. Your first month includes the evaluation fee — Complete Care starts at $825 ($275 eval + $550), Wellness Maintenance starts at $350 ($275 eval + $75). Care plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life changes and your needs may evolve. Because we have limited availability and reserve dedicated time on the schedule for each patient, we require advance notice for cancellations.

14-day notice required. To cancel your care plan, you must notify us at least 14 days before your next billing date. If notice is given fewer than 14 days before your next billing date, you will be billed for the following month and your plan will remain active through the end of that final billing cycle.

How the 14-day rule works

Example 1: Your billing date is March 15. You notify us on February 28 (15 days before) that you'd like to cancel. Your last billing cycle is the current one, and your care plan ends March 15. No additional charge.
Example 2: Your billing date is March 15. You notify us on March 5 (10 days before — less than 14). You will be billed on March 15 for one more month. Your care plan remains active through April 15, and you can use your sessions during that final month.

This policy exists because we have limited capacity and schedule our time around your reserved spot — similar to how daycares and personal training studios operate. Your notice gives us time to open that spot to someone on our waitlist.

Not ready to leave? You don't have to.

If life has changed but you still want to stay connected with your care, step down to Wellness Maintenance at $75/month instead of canceling. You'll keep one session per month, maintain your treatment relationship with Dr. Meg, and avoid having to re-evaluate if you need care again later. It's the most popular choice for patients who've completed their initial treatment.

How to cancel or change your plan

All plan changes — cancellations, downgrades, and plan switches — are handled through your secure patient portal. Log in with the email you used when you signed up, and you can manage everything yourself.

Changes are processed automatically. Cancellations and downgrades submitted at least 14 days before your next billing date take effect at the end of your current cycle. If you need help, reach out to Dr. Meg at meg.cochran@proton.me.

Changing Your Plan

Downgrades

Want to step down to a lower tier? The same 14-day notice applies. Let us know at least 14 days before your next billing date, and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you notify us with fewer than 14 days, the downgrade takes effect the cycle after that.

This applies to all step-downs: Complete Care to Essentials ($295/mo, 2 sessions), Essentials to Wellness Maintenance ($75/mo, 1 session), etc.

Before you cancel, consider Wellness Maintenance ($75/month).

One session per month keeps your progress on track, gives you direct access to Dr. Meg, and means you won't have to restart from scratch if symptoms return. Most patients who complete their treatment plan transition here — it's the smart long-term play.

Upgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately — no notice period required. If you want to move from Wellness Maintenance or Essentials to Complete Care, just let us know and we'll update your plan right away. Your new rate begins at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any additional sessions for the current month if you'd like to get started sooner.

Unused Sessions

Sessions refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. If you don't schedule or attend your sessions within your billing period, those sessions are forfeited.

We encourage you to book your sessions at the beginning of each month so you can find times that work best for your schedule. Dr. Meg will work with you to find convenient appointment times.

Session Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens — we get it. But because Dr. Meg travels to your home and blocks time specifically for your appointment, we ask for reasonable notice when you need to reschedule.

24-hour notice — Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an individual session. We'll work with you to find another time within your billing cycle.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) — The session counts as used for that billing cycle. This includes no-shows.

Exceptions — Emergencies, illness, and childcare situations happen. Dr. Meg handles these on a case-by-case basis. Just communicate — we'll figure it out together.

If We Need to Cancel

If Dr. Meg needs to cancel a session due to illness, weather, or an emergency, your session will be rescheduled at no cost to you — it will not count against your monthly sessions. We'll reach out as soon as possible to find a new time that works.

Care Plan Pauses

Going on vacation? Recovering from surgery? We offer one care plan pause per 12-month period, for up to 30 days. During a pause, you won't be billed and your plan will automatically resume at the end of the pause period.

To request a pause, contact Dr. Meg at least 7 days before your next billing date. Pauses cannot be applied retroactively.

Refunds

Because sessions are reserved on the schedule in advance, we do not offer refunds for partial months after your billing date has passed. Initial evaluations ($275) are non-refundable once completed. If you cancel your care plan with proper 14-day notice, you simply won't be charged for the next cycle.

Session packages (4-session, 6-session, and 10-session packs) are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire.

Pricing Changes

If we ever need to adjust pricing, you'll be notified at least 30 days in advance by email. You'll have the option to continue at the new rate, switch to a different plan, or cancel your care plan before the new pricing takes effect.

Payment

Care plans are billed automatically through our secure payment processor (Stripe). We accept all major credit cards and most debit cards. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If payment cannot be collected after two attempts, your care plan may be paused until the balance is resolved.
